This 6 week plan will help you connect, align, mobilize, activate and integrate your hips! We will go through deep connection and teach you how to build strength and resilience in your hips and lower body.

Equipment Needed: Mini Bands, Yoga Block, Yoga Stick (Broomstick or dowl rod works just fine!)

After purchase the plan will appear in your Plans tab in the Align App or Desktop version. You may begin, pause or stop/start when you are ready. All workouts have the ability to be moved to another day by clicking the dots in the right hand corned of the day on your calendar.

If you see a Green Dot in the top left hand side of your App Menu, that means you have a message! Please check these! There will be important plan information delivered here. This is also where you can message directly with me, your trainer!

Every plan purchase includes lifetime access and availability on the Web, iPhone and Android apps. Every plan also includes weekly check in's via the messages tab. Here you can message me or send a video/photo for me to check form.

Through the next 6 weeks we will connect, align, mobilize, activate and integrate your hips! This plan will take you through deep connection and teach you how to build strength and resilience in your hips and lower body.

This is beginner friendly and the only equipment needed it yoga blocks , yoga stick (you can use a broomstick or dowl rod) and mini bands!

I am here to help! With your plan purchase you have a weekly check in with me once a week if needed. You can reach me under the messages tab here in the App! Please allow 24hrs for a response and this does not include weekends.

You can pause, stop and restart your plan whenever you need to. Feel free to repeat a week if you need to or pause when life gets crazy. You can also move a workout to another day by clicking the dots in the top Right corner of the day on your calendar.

A note about alternating reps vs each side. If an exercise has alternating reps, ie: marching, toe taps, etc. The rep count you are assigned is counted as 1,2,3, as you go from side to side not 1,1 2,2 3,3. If you see 10 reps for an alternating exercise that ends up being 5 for each side. If it is an each side exercise, meaning you complete one side before moving to the other, and you have 10 reps, thats 10 reps per side. 🤗
